About the Job: 

We’re looking for a creative and strategic Copywriter to bring the Comfrt brand voice to life across a wide range of channels and touchpoints. In this role, you’ll craft compelling, on-brand copy for email, SMS, web, performance ads, social media, video scripts, experiential events, pop-ups, and more—ensuring consistency and clarity across every customer interaction.

Responsibilities:

• Learn and consistently adhere to brand voice guidelines
• In collaboration with applicable strategic stakeholders, such as the Creative Director, develop copy and ensure that Comfrt’s voice is consistent and compelling across the following platforms and media:
  • Email
  • SMS
  • Web & App
  • Performance Advertising
  • Owned/organic Social
  • Video scripts
  • Pop-ups / Experiential events 
  • Product copy
  • Additional developing channels as needed e.g OOH, CTV
• Analyze copy performance to improve key funnel KPI’s including open rate, CTR, CVR, Engagement, etc.
• Work with stakeholders across Creative, Marketing, Growth, Retention, eCommerce, Product, to improve our copy development and results over time
• Think logically and inspire action with a versatile and compelling voice

Requirements:

• 3+ years of copywriting experience
• Copywriting experience across email, SMS, and web
• Experience writing for a lifestyle apparel and loungewear DTC brand
• Flexibility and willingness to develop multiple iterations of copy as needed
• Experience working within an established process to develop copy in a timely manner as needed
• Quick turnaround time and attention to detail
