Supply Chain Data Analyst
We are seeking a Supply Chain Data Analyst to support operations and supply chain through accurate data management, reporting, and process improvement. This role is responsible for maintaining clean, reliable data within operational systems, developing reporting that supports business decisions, and identifying opportunities to improve processes through data-driven insights.
The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, comfortable working with large datasets, and motivated to improve operational efficiency through better data and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management & System Integrity
- Input, validate, and maintain accurate data across supply chain and operational systems.
- Ensure data consistency and integrity across multiple platforms and reporting environments.
- Identify data quality issues and implement processes to prevent errors and improve reliability.
- Maintain master data including SKUs, product attributes, vendor information, and operational parameters.
Reporting & Analytics
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards supporting operations, product development, and marketing teams.
- Analyze supply chain and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Support inventory planning, product performance analysis, and operational KPIs.
- Automate recurring reporting processes where possible to improve efficiency.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational processes through better data management and reporting.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement improved data processes.
- Document data workflows, reporting logic, and system processes.
Qualifications:
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Economics, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, supply chain analytics, or operations analytics.
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Preferred
- Experience with ERP, inventory management, or supply chain planning systems.
- Familiarity with e-commerce or apparel supply chains.
- Experience automating workflows using scripts, APIs, or data tools.
- Basic knowledge of forecasting, inventory management, or S&OP processes.
